IDEST Approved Cylinder Testing
We are an IDEST approved cylinder testing centre, serving Bristol, Bath, and the surrounding areas. We offer comprehensive on-site services, including:
- Hydrostatic Cylinder Testing: Ensuring your cylinders are safe and compliant with the latest British Standards. We test steel, aluminium, and composite cylinders.
- Visual Inspections: Thorough internal and external inspections to identify any potential issues.
- Internal Shot Blasting: Removing corrosion and preparing cylinders for inspection or oxygen service.
- Oxygen Service Cleaning: Specialized cleaning for cylinders, valves, and manifolds used with oxygen-rich mixtures.
Our cylinder testing facilities are conveniently located close to the entrance of Cromhall Quarry opposite South West Maritime Academy’s reception.
Dive Equipment Servicing
Keep your dive gear in top condition with our comprehensive equipment servicing and repair. We work on all major brands of:
- Regulators: Full service and repair with an average turnaround of 7-10 days. Express service and regulator loans are available – contact us for details.
- BCDs: Inspection, repair, and maintenance to ensure your buoyancy compensator is functioning correctly.
- Cylinders: Beyond testing, we offer a range of cylinder services including valve replacement and O-ring servicing.
- Dive Computers: Battery replacements with a same-day service option available.
