Wednesday Night: Swim Training Sessions
Take your training to the next level at The Lake. While our weekend and Tuesday/Thursday sessions are perfect for a leisurely swim, Wednesday evenings are all about performance.
During Wednesday evenings (from May 2026 onwards), we are dedicating the water to the competitive community. Whether you are tapering for an Ironman, practicing your sighting, or building open-water endurance, this session provides the space and atmosphere you need to train effectively.

Notes
- Please be aware that Wednesday sessions are aimed at athletes and competitive swimmers etc. If you are looking for a more relaxed, recreational swim, consider joining us on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or at the weekend!
- While Wednesday evenings are designated as “Training Sessions,” please note that these are self-guided. The Lake does not provide coaching or structured training plans. These sessions are intended for competent swimmers to conduct their own independent training in a focused environment.
